What we're about
Upcoming events (4+)
Starting from Sumner Park in Brunswick East we will walk north along the Merri Creek Trail past the many attractions along the way including the Brunswick Velodrome, Merri Creek Market Garden and Coburg Lake Reserve and then return.
The walk covers about a third of the Merri Creek Trail and follows the creek quite closely most of the time. The walk includes some hidden gems, There are tortoises in the water and an abundance of birdlife as a result of many years of replanting indigenous vegetation.
In total we will cover approximately 10 kms in approximately 2.5 hours.
For anyone interested afterwards we will meet for a coffee, chat and lunch for anyone hungry.
Please read the waiver liability before you RSVP: https://www.meetup.com/Divorce-Support-and-Social-Group/messages/boards/thread/53125019.

Never been to one of our meet-ups before? Been a member for a while or just joined? Either way this is the social for you!
Once a month we hold a special meet-up to welcome in new members. Regulars are encouraged to attend and help new members have a fun night out!
Our monthly “newbie” social is an opportunity to learn about our groups, events held and resources to help members.
More importantly it is an opportunity to meet others going through separation & divorce in a safe and friendly environment. It helps to talk about our experiences and life changes with people who are interested and can relate. We can all learn from each other but the primary aim of the socials is to enjoy ourselves!
Our socials are hosted by members of the Divorce Support & Social Group and the Melbourne Divorce Support Group.
Wednesday night at the RMH is $15 pizza or pasta night with a drink!
We pay for own food and drinks individually.
Please RSVP if you are attending to ensure we book sufficient seats.
When you arrive at the venue ask for the table booked under the name “Meetup”.
Also note that times and venues are subject to change so please check beforehand.
Any questions please phone Paul Davies on ph[masked].
We hope to see you!

It is a great opportunity to meet others. Our emphasis is on fun whilst helping and supporting each other.
