Cycle the Hudson Valley

If you’re into cycling join me and some friends on the Cycle the Hudson Valley tour this summer. It's a fully supported, five day tour (Aug 3-8) from Troy, NY to New York City. It's a very fun ride following the Empire State Trail through diverse and scenic terrain. It averages about 40 miles/day on mostly paved trails and roads. Most days average about 2000' climbing.
