What we’re about
Welcome to The Divorced Girls' Book Club Meetup! This group is for women who are looking to connect with other divorced women through meaningful discussions about books. Whether you’re going through a divorce or have already moved on, this group is a safe space for you to dive into engaging books, share insights and experiences, and build lasting friendships. We'll meet regularly to explore a variety of genres and authors, and support each other on our journey towards healing and growth. We'll read a mix of fun fiction, inspiring self help and hopeful romance. Come join us for stimulating conversations, laughter, and maybe a few tears along the way.

See all- Book Club Pamper Party at LATHER: Yours Truly by Abby JimenezLather , Pasadena , CA$5.00
Let's celebrate the Summer Solstice by showing ourselves some love with a pamper party at LATHER and reading a little romance! Yours Truly, by Abby Jimenez, is the second book in her Part of Your World series but can read as a stand alone as well. It also includes Abby's first and only divorced protagonist. I had the pleasure of meeting and hosting a signing event for Abby a couple of weeks ago and she was the sweetest and she loved to hear that I was going to be reading this with my Divorced Girls' Book Club!
LATHER is a clean, cruelty-free and woman-owned skin care brand. More details about the pamper party coming soon! Check out their website at https://www.lather.com
The event fee will secure your reservation and be applied to membership dues, which covers the cost of the website. Event fee is non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
To join the waitlist comment on the event page. If you have RSVPed and can no longer attend, please contact me directly and I will contact the people on the waiting list and then move you to "not going" when I find a replacement.
Thank you and HAPPY READING! - Book Club: Women Who Love Too Much by Robin NorwoodTrue Food Kitchen, Pasadena, CA$5.00
Women Who Love Too Much, originally published in 1985 (when I was just 2 years old!) is a groundbreaking, myth-shattering classic and is now updated for a new generation of women. Being a woman who loves too much is 100% my problem. I'm in a cycle of falling for emotionally unavailable men, who are addicted to their work and have commitment issues. It's time to do the work and break the cycle. Join me.
Looking forward to enjoying brunch and cocktails during our discussion at True Food Kitchen in Pasadena. The menu can be found here: https://www.truefoodkitchen.com/locations/pasadena/
