What we’re about

My goal is to create not just another walking group or fitness group, but a growing vibrant community that will foster meaningful connections and offer a variety of fitness activities for members to participate in. Eventually scheduling hiking, 5K (maybe 10K) , group fitness (possibly) and other events for members to connect and create a social community of accountability, interaction and support, where all who are either looking to start a journey to a healthy lifestyle or are already living their healthy lifestyle journey can thrive while accomplishing their individual goals and share their success, hopefully motivating the group as whole to greatness.
