Dance Infused Yoga (DIY) is a welcoming movement community for people who want to feel good in their bodies while connecting with others. We blend the energy and creativity of dance with the mindfulness and grounding of yoga to create a joyful, full-body movement experience that’s accessible to all levels.

Our classes focus on intentional movement, simple choreography, breath, and flow—helping you build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while staying present and having fun. No prior dance or yoga experience is needed.

DIY is about more than just a workout. It’s about human connection, inclusivity, and community. We create a supportive space where people of all backgrounds, bodies, and abilities feel seen, welcome, and encouraged to move at their own pace. Many of our meetups include time to connect before or after class, so friendships can grow naturally.
