T-Shirt Braided Rugs Workshop @ Remainders in Pasadena

Join me for our first event!

Turn old tees into something beautiful!
We’re heading to Remainders Creative Use in Pasadena, CA for a hands-on workshop. We’ll learn how to turn recycled t-shirts into braided rugs. This is a fun, beginner-friendly, upcycled DIY project that’s perfect for anyone interested in fashion, fiber arts, or sustainability.

What to expect:
👕 Learn how to cut old t-shirts into strips and braid them into a circular or oval rug
🧶 A great intro to fiber art, upcycling, and slow fashion
♻️ Bring at least one of your own T-shirts. Extra t-shirt yarn will be provided for the finger crochet lesson and getting a solid start on your rug.
