Djembe Group for Rhythm & Connection

If your drum has been waiting to be played again, this is your invitation.

Djembe has always been a form of release and enjoyment for me. I trained for over 10 years in Cape Town, and since moving to Germany in 2023, I’ve deeply missed playing in a group.

I’m starting a small rhythm circle to:

• Play traditional West African rhythms
• Refine timing and groove
• Experience the energy that comes alive when rhythms lock in together

The group will be intentionally small (3–8 people) to keep it focused, cohesive, and rhythmically tight.

I have 2 Djembes, a Dundun, Kenkeni and Sangban to lend if you dont have a drum already but would like to try it out.

Contribution: 20€ for a 2.5-hour session.
