Housing Provider Network Meetings

Hello Housing Providers, Landlords and Developers,

Please join the 1st Baltimore Healthy Start Landlord and Developer Monthly Network Meeting. Join us on Tuesday, November 21 for Raising Capital: Funding Ready CheckList & An Overview of Developer Programs. In addition to a presentation and networking, there will be light refreshments available and time for Q&A.

Meetings will be held at Baltimore Healthy Start's headquarters: 610 N. Chester Street, Baltimore MD 21205 on the 3rd Tuesday of every Month from 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm. There is paid street parking and a couple of parking garages within a few blocks. Please remember to allow time for parking.

Lastly, Baltimore Healthy Start is looking for landlords to earmark a unit for their Housing University students. The criteria are:

• Tenants will work with a Housing Navigator for at least 2 years during their Housing University enrollment, with support and education.
• You, the landlord, will agree to designate a unit using no more than 30% of the tenant's income, regardless of rental history, and other barriers, as long as they work with the Housing University.
• Units must be air-conditioned, with no dirty carpet, no peeling paint, and no rodents/pests.
