PACA Turns 10 Years Old

Join Pan-African Community Action (PACA) to commemorate our 10th anniversary with an evening of political education, cultural performances, food, raffles, and community building.

Grounded in the Black radical tradition—from the Black Panther survival programs to today’s struggles for self-determination—PACA is a grassroots organization committed to organizing working-class Black people. We're building collective power in the hands of working-class Black people in Southeast DC.
