Tap99 is metro accessible. You can get off at Navy Yard metro stop. For drivers, there are parking garages around and street prking. I’ve found the most luck for street parking on I street SE, K street SE, L street SE, and First Street SE. there is Leo parking on and off of First Street SW but it’s a bit of a longer walk
