Join fellow divorcees at Wilde Lake for a morning of grounding, energizing yoga, and great company - an outdoor experience designed to clear your mind and revitalize your spirit!

Join Damia, a certified yoga instructor (YTT 200), for a grounding and detox-focused yoga flow, open to all levels and beginner-friendly. This session will include gentle twists and mindful movement to support the body’s natural detox process, ease stress, and clear the mind. In these uncertain times, it’s an invitation to slow down, recenter, and reconnect through breath and movement.

Advanced practitioners are welcome to deepen their practice and explore variations that align with their personal flow.

Once the session ends, the positive energy will carry over as we continue the morning at Starbucks for optional coffee and good vibes. Its a short, 5-minute drive away. Grab your favorite brew and continue the conversation with others who are also embracing new beginnings!

Important info:

Class Location: we will be at Wilde Lake right next to the Parking Spot by the Lake.

Class duration: 45 minutes (9:00AM-9:45AM)

Bring your own mat.

Event parking: Parking Spots by the Lake.

There are two parking lots (links below), and we’ll be set up between them. The combined capacity is about 20–30 cars, but they tend to fill up quickly. You can also park nearby on the street and walk over, as the location is in the middle of a lovely neighborhood. The walk is both easy and scenic.

If you park in the neighborhood, please watch out for No Parking signs to avoid any issues.

Donation Optional: This yoga session is offered freely and from the heart. While donations are not required, they are warmly appreciated. All donation proceeds will go directly to a local animal rescue service.

Join fellow divorcées on the waterfront for Sunset Salsa & Bachata dancing, Latin music, and local food & drinks!

We’ll kick things off with a free, 45-minute outdoro dance lesson courtesy of SalsaNow. Afterwards, the floor will open up so you can mix, mingle, and dance the night away. So whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned Salsa pro, lets make it a night to remember!

Parking:

Garage parking is available in the 250 Mission Garage, located at 1 Distillery Street, Baltimore, MD. The first 2 hours of garage parking are free, however you must register your vehicle in order to be eligible. You will be prompted to enter payment information, but will not be charged unless you exceed the 2 free hours. After the free two hours, parking is a flat fee of $9 for the night.

There is also paid street parking throughout the neighborhood.

We’ll kick things off with a fun, beginner-friendly line dancing lesson - no partner or experience needed -then keep the energy high with a lively bar party full of country hits, cocktails, and connections.

• Free line dancing lesson starting 8pm
• Dress Code: Come as you are…bonus points for boots and denim
