Yoga by the Water and Potluck (Annapolis/Quiet Waters Park) 🧘‍♂️ 🧘‍♀️

Join fellow divorcees at Quiet Waters park for a morning of grounding, energizing yoga, and great company - an outdoor experience designed to clear your mind and revitalize your spirit!

Join Damia, a certified yoga instructor (YTT 200), for a grounding and detox-focused yoga flow, open to all levels and beginner-friendly. This session will include gentle twists and mindful movement to support the body’s natural detox process, ease stress, and clear the mind. In these uncertain times, it’s an invitation to slow down, recenter, and reconnect through breath and movement.

Even though it’s very beginner-friendly, advanced practitioners are welcome to deepen their practice and explore variations that align with their personal flow.

Once the session ends, the positive energy will carry over as we continue the morning with an optional potluck brunch. Bring your favorite breakfast/lunch food to share and continue the conversation with others who are also embracing new beginnings!

Important info:

Class Location: we will meet at the dog park and then walk to a special scenic overlook of the Chesepeake.

Class duration: 45 minutes (10:00AM-10:45AM)

I have extra yoga mats, but it’s not guaranteed that we’ll have enough, so please bring your own mat.

Event parking:
There is a parking lot with plenty of spots next to dog park.

Fees: there is a $6 entry fee to get into Quiet Waters park per vehicle

Donation Optional: This yoga session is offered freely and from the heart. While donations are not required, they are warmly appreciated. All donation proceeds will go directly to a local animal rescue service or women shelter.
