Huge thanks to those who joined our Detox Yoga session in July—it was such a beautiful time together, and your energy made it really special.

I’m happy to share that all donations have been sent to BARCS (2490 Giles Rd, Baltimore, MD 21225)! We were able to raise $110 (including my matching amount) to a pet who needs urgent medical attention.

Your support truly made a difference. I’m so grateful to share space with such a generous and kind-hearted group.
