The West Ridge Trail Loop offers a well-maintained, wide trail that takes hikers through a diverse landscape featuring bigleaf maples and willows. This variety of trees provides plenty of shade and a beautiful backdrop of flora and fauna throughout the hike. Certain sections can become slippery and muddy, especially after rainfall. A picnic area along the loop is perfect for taking a break and enjoying the natural surroundings.
