Halloween Graveyard Jam at Hard Rock Cafe(through Things To Do DC)

This is an annual Hallloween party at Hard Rock Cafe. Tickets can be purchased online at thingstododc.com. Tickets are $15 for right now, but are subject to increase by Friday, 10/21. The party is from 9pm-230am. We can meet there at 830pm before the party begins. This is a costume party, but you don't necessarily need one, but sneakers are not allowed!
