Look, I'll be honest. I'm not sure what I'm looking for in a group. I'll start by introducing myself. My name is Joey and I'm in desperate need of new friends. Okay, so maybe what I'm looking for is new friends...

It's not like I don't have friends - I do! They're just all straight and live in Nebraska and shit. But I don't have a tribe. Not that I know what my tribe is. I feel like I don't fit in anywhere. Okay, maybe that's what I'm looking for, other gay guys that don't feel like they fit in anywhere.

More about me: sarcasm is my primary language, I'm blessed to have Stiff Person Syndrome (SPS is real, the *blessed* part was the sarcasm coming out) and I love beer and pro football (go Pats!) and reading and writing (young-adult fiction is my jam). I'm also a hardcore introvert and a general weirdo. I'm married and my husband and I have decided that we need our own friends - this is my attempt.
