Welcome to DMV Social, a dynamic hangout group designed for adults in their 20s to 40s who are eager to connect, engage, and have fun! Come hang out with us at The Caboose Commons for a laid‑back night of games, laughs, and good vibes! Whether you’re a board‑game pro or just down to chill with drinks, this night’s for you.We’ll be meeting inside, so grab a drink 🍺, cocktail 🍹, some snacks 🍕 or wings 🍗, and mingle. We'll be grouping into teams as we arrive and have nametags. The place has a chill, sociable vibe, ideal for meeting new people or hanging out with friends. We'll get about 20+ Board games that we usually play and we can split into teams and share them. If you have a game you would like to share with others, please feel free to bring it.
Whether you want to dive fully into games, casually sip and chat, or just observe, this night is all about fun, connection, and good energy 😄✨. Bring yourself (and maybe a friend), show up with a smile, and get ready for a great night. All ages (21+) welcome — and you don’t need to know any games ahead of time.

Mid-week Taco Happy Hour & Social

If you haven't been to any Taco Bamba locations, allow me to introduce you to probably my favorite taco spot in the DMV!
Let's meet up at the Landmark location, located right on Little River Tpke, and right off 395. This location doesn't have too many tables inside, but has a whole covered outdoor patio (see event picture), and it should be around mid-60's that day, so should be comfortable hoodie weather. Rain won't stop us, and I believe they may have heaters on the ceiling if it gets too cold out there.
Happy hour is from 4-7pm, with specials such as $7 margaritas (5 flavors to choose from), small bites ranging from $6-9 (I suggest the Jeffrey and the Bamba Wings), and if those don't suffice, they have a pretty extensive menu of tacos, tortas, and more!
Come by, bring your appetite, and come see me if you need some food recommendations, although the menu speaks for itself!

Transit: Unfortunately, this location is NOT very Metro-friendly, so car is preferred. The closest metro stop would be Van Dorn on the blue line, and then an uber ride or scooter from there (it's 2.2 miles away from TB).
