🎆 Stars, Stripes & Summer Vibes: Alexandria Birthday Bash & Park Hangout

Come celebrate Alexandria’s Birthday and the USA’s Birthday with us at the Alexandria Waterfront! 🇺🇸🎉 We’ll meet up and lounge at Oronoco Bay Park before the festivities begin — bring a blanket, sheet, or large towel to kick back on, plus anything else you’d like to be comfortable. 🧺🌿 It’s the perfect way to enjoy the summer breeze, watch the sun set, and connect with friendly, fun people before the party really gets started.

Starting around 6 PM, the park will come alive with live music, family-friendly entertainment, and a variety of food and drink vendors offering everything from burgers, BBQ, and seafood to lemonade, beer, wine, and frozen treats 🍔🌭🍧🍹. There will be plenty of open space to spread out, enjoy the river views, and soak up the festive energy leading up to the fireworks show around 9:30 PM, synchronized to a live performance by the Alexandria Symphony Orchestra 🎶🎆.

🚇 Take the Metro to Braddock Road Station, then enjoy a short walk or quick rideshare to the park. 🚗 Street parking fills up fast, but there are several nearby garages in Old Town for around $5–$10 for the evening.
