This group is for anyone interested in learning how to acquire real estate through delinquent tax sales programs—specifically in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. The tax lien certificate process in these states is complex, confusing, and often intentionally unclear. Navigating the system alone can feel overwhelming, and official resources usually raise more questions than they answer.
