Featured Speaker: Nicholas Bauget, Owner & CEO of Champagne Bauget-Jouette, will join us to share insider stories from his family’s historic estate in Épernay. With warmth and expertise, Nicholas will offer a rare glimpse into six generations of tradition and craftsmanship, inspiring us as he guides this tasting of exceptional Champagnes.
We will enjoy four sparkling expressions from Champagne Bauget-Jouette — beginning with their signature Carte Blanche and culminating in the exceptional Extra Brut Millésimé 2015:
- Carte Blanche Brut NV – 89 pts. Wine Enthusiast – the house’s flagship cuvée, approachable and perfectly balanced.
- Rosé Brut NV – 90 pts. Wine Enthusiast – lively and elegant, with delicate red fruit character.
- Blanc de Blancs 2016 – 100% Chardonnay, refined and mineral, showcasing vintage depth.
- Cuvée Jouette Extra Brut Millésimé 2015 – 93 pts. Wine Enthusiast – complex and structured, with remarkable length and finesse.
The Champagnes will be served with four small bites for pairing.
