MNC-DMV is a well-being community based in mindfulness practices, movement, nature, nudity, and inspired activities.

Our Principles:

Mindfulness: At the heart of MNC DMV is the practice of mindfulness. We offer regular meditation sessions, mindfulness workshops, and retreats designed to help individuals cultivate presence and awareness in their daily lives. These practices aim to reduce stress, enhance emotional resilience, and promote mental clarity.

Movement: MNC-DMV recognizes the importance of physical activity for overall health, and incorporates various forms of movement into its programming. This includes yoga, Tai Chi, dance, and guided nature walks. These activities are tailored to all skill levels, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all members.

Nature: MNC DMV deeply values the healing power of nature. Many events are held outdoors in parks, forests, and other natural settings. Activities such as forest bathing, nature-based art workshops, and eco-therapy sessions are designed to help members connect with the environment and experience the restorative benefits of nature.

Nudity: Embracing body positivity and self-acceptance, MNC DMV provides a safe and respectful space for naturism. Nude yoga classes, clothing-optional retreats, and other events promote a healthy relationship with one’s body and aim to dismantle societal stigmas around nudity.

Wellness: Comprehensive wellness is a cornerstone of MNC DMV's philosophy. The organization offers workshops on nutrition, holistic health practices, and mental wellness. Regular community wellness checks and support groups are also part of the offerings, ensuring members have access to resources that support their overall well-being.
