Qi & Flow: Qigong and Yin Yoga

Take a break from the stress and demands of daily life and reconnect with your body through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and deep relaxation.

Qi & Flow combines the healing practices of Qigong and Yin Yoga to help improve flexibility, mobility, balance, energy, and overall well-being. This class is designed for beginners and experienced practitioners alike and is suitable for most ages and fitness levels.

Qigong uses slow, mindful movements, breathing exercises, and body awareness practices to cultivate and circulate qi (vital energy), while Yin Yoga focuses on relaxed postures held for longer periods to gently release tension and improve flexibility.

Classes may include:

• Qigong movement exercises
• Breathing and relaxation techniques
• Standing and seated meditation practices
• Yin Yoga postures
• Joint mobility exercises
• Balance and coordination training
• Stress reduction techniques
• Mindfulness and body awareness practices
• Energy cultivation exercises

The goal of Qi & Flow is not athletic performance, but rather creating greater balance between body and mind while promoting relaxation, recovery, and overall wellness.

Whether you are looking to reduce stress, improve flexibility, support recovery from training, increase mobility, or simply enjoy a peaceful hour of self-care, this class provides a welcoming and supportive environment.

No previous experience is required. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and honor their individual needs and abilities.

A suggested donation of $10 per class helps support the Meetup group and training space.
