# Qi & Flow: Standing Meditation, Ba Duan Jin & Yin Yoga
Join us for an evening of gentle movement, mindful breathing, and deep relaxation as we explore the foundations of Qigong and Yin Yoga.
This beginner-friendly class is designed to help reduce stress, improve mobility, increase body awareness, and cultivate a sense of calm and balance. No previous experience is necessary.
In this session we will explore:
• Standing Meditation (Zhan Zhuang) for posture, relaxation, and body awareness
• Ba Duan Jin (Eight Pieces of Brocade), one of China's most popular Qigong sets for health and wellness
• Gentle breathing exercises
• Light Yin Yoga stretches to improve flexibility and release tension
• Relaxation and mindfulness practices
This class is suitable for beginners, seniors, martial artists, athletes, and anyone interested in improving their overall well-being. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and within their individual comfort level.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and any props you may find helpful for stretching.
