Introduction to Enterprise Agile Transformation

Kiran Rajeshirke is an Enterprise Agile Transformation Consultant & Agile Coach with 15 years of Consulting and Project Management background. He has worked with Fortune 500 Co.’s as Coach and trainer in their Agile transformation journey and has hands-on implementation experience. Has worked in multiple geographies – Asia-Pac, Europe and US region covering various domains and industries such as BFSI, Retail, and Automotive.

Kiran will introduce us to Enterprise Agile Transformation along with Best Practices tools and its implementation in the non-agile environment.

As a project management coach, Kiran has been strengthening Industry relationship by presenting ideas and research and introducing real-life case studies. Kiran is ambassador of PMI (Project Management Institutes) and have been contributing to the PM Community with research and presentations on innovations in managing projects. In addition he has been coaching MBA and MTech students from top universities like IIT, NITIE, NMIMS, VJTI, Symbiosis. Kiran currently work in Germany as a Scrum trainer, Kanban coach og Official Scrum Alliance speaker.
