After a series of thefts plague the town of Termalaine just before the Annual Sun Festival. Rumors of talking animals roaming the town by night spring up strange rumors. Although the city guard are sure Kobolds are the culprits. Adventurers are needed to solve this mystery and bring back the stolen goods before the festival is cancelled.
