Adventure overview:
The greatest minds in the multiverse meet at Strixhaven University. Professors convey fantastic secrets to eager students, and life on campus is frenetic. But danger lurks even here. Campus hijinks mix with mishaps and sinister plots, and it’s up to you to save the day.
Strixhaven: A Curriculum of Chaos introduces the fantastical setting of Strixhaven University to Dungeons & Dragons, drawn from the multiverse of Magic: The Gathering. It also provides rules for creating characters who are students in one of its five colleges.

This campaign:
Strixhaven: Curriculum of Chaos is built around the players interest. Session 0 will set the stage for the progress of the campaign and discuss the elements players most enjoy in a D&D game, which will shape everything about how this adventure plays out, and the way it feels.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our team of DMs does its best to make sure you feel comfortable and confident at the (virtual) table and learn all the rules you need without bogging down the story.
What if you’ve never played an RPG, what is it like?
Our games are player driven, putting you and your character at the center of the plot. Your choices will decide the outcome: from heroic victory to an untimely end. We’re here to tell a great story that makes you feel like you’re in your favorite book, movie, or show.
Who will like this game?
- Players brand new to table top roleplaying! This is a great “getting started” adventure.
- Players who want to explore a world, discover exciting places, and make complicated decisions.
- Players who are interested in developing a story, interacting with quirky, noble, and sometimes nefarious characters.
- Players who want to work together with others to solve problems and have a great time in the process!
Campaign Length
This is an ongoing campaign which will take many sessions to complete. This campaign will most likely run between 30-40 sessions.
Event Policies
Tickets:
Players are required to purchase a ticket to reserve a seat each session.
In reserving your seat you are letting the DM and other players know that you will attend, which directly impacts preparation, since it is based on the number of players.
Accordingly, ticket sales are final with no exceptions. Please do not “drop in” to the event.
Open tables:
D&D is an awesome experience, and our tables are open to all players. We’ll teach you everything you need to know, and everyone we play with is very welcoming to players interested in checking out the hobby. Players must be 21+. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
About the DM:
Emmanuel has run D&D games for many years, is an educator, and skilled storyteller. He's also great at working with players of all experience levels as they embark on their adventures!
