Cold Plunge - Infrared Sauna- Vitamin C Shower

Welcome! So this is it. Our very first meetup, and we're kicking things off with a cold plunge. This meet up group is for women and men...all inclusive!
This isn't about being tough or proving anything. It's just about showing up for the thing you've been meaning to try. If you've been through a rough patch, a breakup, a loss, a season where life just felt like a lot... come hang out. You don't need experience, you don't need to be in shape, you just need to be up for something a little different.
Cold water and sauna is contrast therapy which the eases inflammation, sparks a rush of feel-good endorphins, and sharpens your mind for what's next 🩵

What the night looks like:

• 7:00–7:15 — Get settled in.
• 7:15–7:20 — The plunge! 3–4 minutes, together. Nobody's doing this alone.
• 7:20–7:50 — Sauna time (30 min, 2–3 per room). Honestly this is where the good conversations happen. We're prepared with questions for each group.
• 7:50–8:00 — Vitamin C shower to reset.
• 8:00–9:00 — Grab a snack or drink next door at Boatman Spirits. Keep the conversation going, laugh about the plunge, talk about what's next.

And this is just the beginning!! We're so excited about what coming next for us! Hikes, trips, kayaking, archery, painting, glassblowing, whatever sounds fun and a little scary, we're doing it. Also taking suggestions on activities you've always wanted to try. No egos, no judgements.

Contrast therapy studio specializing in the deliberate exposure to heat & cold. This is scientifically proven to enhance your physical & mental health. All clients enjoy 60 minutes in a private, luxury, suite with infrared sauna, cold plunge, & vitamin-C shower.

This will be an hour of contrast therapy followed by 30 minutes of fellowship for your group. Members will pay $25 upfront. No refunds as spaces are limited. Bring your friends! We require a minimum of 6 & a maximum of 19.
