“Do Try This at Home” is back!! 🔥
This is a bi-weekly meeting space for experimentation, connection, and transformation. We gather in a circle for a collaborative practice where all you need is to be available to explore new ways of being, feeling, thinking, and acting consciously.
It’s not a workshop, nor therapy. It’s a living practice of authenticity, experimentation, collaboration, and presence.
At each meeting, we create a space with practical proposals where it is possible to:* observe communication patterns with curiosity and awareness
- recognize and transform emotions into empowering resources
- experience radical cooperation with others and empower yourself
- clearly choose who you want to be and create in the world
- access resources to rekindle the joy of being alive
🎟 Entry: 5€ + sliding scale for facilitation (choose your amount: €3-€20)
📆 Dates: First and Third Thursday of the month (May 21, June 4 & 18, July 2 & 16), 7-8:30 pm
