Workshop: Build, Host and Run an OCI container using Github Actions

To kick off the new Docker and OCI containers meetup, we will be holding a workshop on building, hosting and running containers using Github actions and Github container registry, in order to create a website on github pages.

All you need to participate in this workshop is a laptop, and a free github.com account.

Building container images in CI used to be a difficult process, but now days its actually very easy and straightforward, and you will learn how it's done in this workshop.
