Talk abstract:

Michael Pleshakov will talk about HTTP load balancing on Kubernetes with NGINX. You will learn how to configure load balancing for a web application using a Kubernetes Ingress resource and how to deploy and use NGINX Ingress controller.

As we make sure to avoid sales presentations, this talk will be focused on technology but Michael will give out a Developer Licence Key for NGINX Plus our commercial product so he will mention NGINX Plus but it will be at the end of the presentation in the context of the Dev Licence key.

Building a secure Docker Pipeline

When it comes to securing containerized applications, the first item on everyone’s agenda is to ensure that only secured images are running in your environment. And for good reason too. This is by far the most effective preventive measure you can take to protect your applications.
If you don’t sanitize your image pipeline, the attack surface of your applications can affect the security posture of your organization.
