Half Day Sit

First Saturday of the month means Half Day Sit! Which means a full half day of sitting.

Lunch break at about 12:30-1PM.

Saturday sits are currently being held both on Zoom and in-person in our lovely outdoor garden zendo (or masked indoors if weather presents a concern). No pre-registration is required for those wishing to attend in-person.
