LIFE’S A BEACH - DOGGY SOCIAL AT ALTONA BEACH
Bring your best friend along and enjoy a day out in one of Melbourne’s best dog-friendly beaches. This event will give you the chance to socialise with other dogs and their owners.

5 MINUTE VET CONSULTATION (optional)
I have organised a VET to attend the event who is willing to provide a short 5 minute consultation for each owner and their dog (How Pawesome is that?!)

All dog lovers are welcome to come along…you do not need to own a dog to attend.

IS THIS MEETUP RIGHT FOR MY DOG AND I?
Make sure their vaccinations are up to date, and for further peace of mind, that they are de-sexed and are registered with your local council. You never know what might happen during a meetup – so better safe than sorry.
You should have a strong sense of your dog’s likes and dislikes before taking them to a meetup. Meetups can be great for dogs if they are well-socialised and have responsible guardians. If a pup has anxiety issues, aggression issues or is not good interacting with a lot of dogs, it’s better to stay cautious and make a meetup a future goal for you and your dog to work towards – rather than forcing him or her to interact with so many animals all at once.

A reminder to please update your RSVP a minimum of 24 hours beforehand so that we know who we are waiting for on the day and to allow those on the waitlist the time to join.
