This interactive session will introduce you to Fascial Manoeuvre practices, to help you enhance your physical, mental, and emotional well-being by releasing stored stress and old emotions from your body's fascia and promoting better mind-body connection.

Schedule:
4 PM: We meet and gather. Please arrive latest by 4:15 as the class will start by then, and you may not be able to join if you're late.
4:15-4:30: A small introduction to Fascial manoeuvres and what fascia is
4:30-5:15: 45 mins Fascial Manoeuvres class
5:15-5:30: Questions/Follow up information
Ages: 11 to 65
What to wear: Relaxed clothing you feel comfy to move and stretch in
What to bring: Your wonderful presence and a water bottle. We will have the class outside in the Park and you may feel thirsty.
