Asking questions that can hardly ever be answered, except when they can.

But main thing (and we can do all the brainstormin we want) but eventually it would be nice if none of tried to defend, however cleverly, the indefensible or ridiculous. Another thing I we could avoid is a bunch of logical fallacies like cherry-picking a bunch of exceptions that only go to prove the rule, that sort of thing. Otherwise, the sky’s the limit. Although I hope we will talk about really challenging subjects, at the frontiers of science, like origins - the origin of life, the origin of the universe, and along with it, the origin of the “laws” of physics. Or subjects like consciousness, even things we are all still very much in the dark about like so-called dark energy and dark matter; in other words, the real…mysteries. Not that I’m expecting to make any breakthroughs or even any real “progress” on any of these, but they are really fun to think about and talk about and they are certainly areas we can learn much more about and learn much more about the many different ways they may be viewed and how to think much better about them. So I happily invite any one who interested in doing any of to come over to my place which you’ll no doubt find quite comfortable and relaxing, and have l’m sure a lot of fun doing this kind of thing together, where everyone is invited to share whatever ideas and insights she or he may have.
