Mothers‑Only Peer Support Circle
Leaving an abusive relationship is difficult. Losing connection with your child—or watching that relationship change afterward—can be devastating and deeply isolating.
This MeetUp is a mothers‑only peer support group for women who have experienced domestic violence and parental alienation and want a safe, respectful space to talk openly, connect with others who understand, and feel less alone.
This group exists for emotional support and shared lived experience only. We are not here to instruct, advise, or tell anyone what to do.
This Group Is For Mothers Who:
- Have experienced domestic violence
- Are navigating or coping with parental alienation
- Feel isolated, silenced, or misunderstood
- Want to connect with other mothers who “get it”
- Are seeking community, not judgment
What We Do Here:
- Share personal stories and experiences
- Talk about emotional impacts on ourselves and our children
- Offer empathy, understanding, and encouragement
- Build connection and solidarity with other mothers
- Create a space where you don’t have to explain or defend yourself
We do not tell anyone how to handle their situation, how to speak to their child, or how to address the other parent. We speak from our own experiences only and listen with respect.
Group Values:
- Confidentiality
- Respect
- Compassion
- Listening without judgment
- Speaking from personal experience
This is a supportive, mother‑only space centered on safety, connection, and understanding. If you are a mother looking for a place to feel seen, heard, and less alone—you are welcome here.
Host: DK has a bachelor’s degree in human services. She has worked in behavioral health for 15 years.
