Who is committing to showing up for themselves this Sat @ 10 am?

The goal of a group workout outdoors is to foster a sense of community and motivation while engaging in physical activity in an open-air environment. By exercising together, participants can support and encourage one another, enhancing accountability and enjoyment. Additionally, outdoor workouts often provide opportunities to connect with nature, which can boost mood and overall well-being. The group dynamic creates a supportive atmosphere where individuals can challenge themselves, share experiences, and celebrate achievements together, ultimately contributing to improved fitness levels and overall health.

Please please bring plenty of water, a mat, and sunscreen if you need it. Maybe even a hat so the sun isn’t in your eyes and a towel for the sweat.
