What we’re about
This group is for people who already own firearms, or who are considering purchasing a firearm, and would like to learn more about Virginia laws relating to firearms to help ensure they don't get themselves in trouble by violating the law. I will speak about common areas of concern, such as open carry, concealed carry, brandishing and using firearms, including use of force, self defense, defense of others and defense of property. I am a Police Academy Instructor and Virginia Criminal Defense Attorney with over 25 years of experience. I have spoken on this topic many times in numerous locations across Virginia. Please do not bring any firearms to the meetup.
