The Qualinesti elves had a name for it in their tongue: "Valvycor N'warth", translated as "Death at Sunset". Several centuries ago, their finest warriors tracked the green dragon deep into the ancient forest and slew it. The corruption vanished. The trees breathed again.
But lately, the forest path to the nearest village has grown strangely quiet. Travelers have stopped arriving. And the great redwood trees along the road... something is wrong with them. Their bark is blackened. Their leaves curl like burning parchment.

Death at Sunset is a thrilling, dragon-centered adventure designed as a perfect introduction to Dungeons & Dragons, and here we're going to set it in the rich world of Dragonlance.

Originally created by Wizards of the Coast and featured in the Dragon Delves anthology, it packs investigation, tactical combat, and iconic fantasy atmosphere into a compact and memorable story, now reimagined among the forests of Ansalon.
