Skills Clinic #101: Climbing

YOU MUST BE A PAID DORBA.org MEMBER TO ATTEND. NOT a DORBA meet up member, not someone with a Dorba.org forum handle, you must be a paid member of either DORBA.org, or FWMBA.org. It is not to late to join either club.

What: Sharon and Jerry McNutt will lead a climbing clinic at Big Cedar Wilderness Trails. Jerry and Sharon are two of the most experienced instructors in North Texas.
When: August 23rd, a Saturday, at 9am
Who: This clinic is intended for strong, confident beginners, and for all intermediates. You must be a DORBA or FWMBA member. A DORBA club member. Paid in full. Current. Not a DORBA web page or DORBA Meetup "member". This class is limited to the first 25 students. When you RSVP, please state if you are student or a volunteer. Volunteers do not count against the cap.

Please download, print, sign, and bring with you the following required DORBA Event Waiver: http://files.meetup.com/3841722/NEW-WAIVER.pdf. We will have a few there if you forget. You must wear a helmet whenever you are on a bike.

Please note: Big Cedar also as a separate waiver that all riders needs to fill out and sign. These waivers are available on the Big Cedar trail page at dorba.org (linked below.)

If this clinic needs to be postponed because of bad weather or muddy conditions, we will post it up here on this forum no later than 7am the day of the clinic, but probably the night before if it is obvious.

Minimum age for this clinic is 13. All participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent at ALL times.
