On Sunday, May 18th, you're warmly invited to a free introductory session to a new 10-part series:
“The Courage to Be Kind to Yourself”
A Brainspotting-informed group journey through the landscape of self-compassion, inspired by the work of Kristin Neff.

BSPHope is a support group for Ukraine, rooted in Brainspotting and community healing. Since the start of the war, we’ve gathered across borders to process trauma, build resilience, and reconnect with Self.
🌍 Our foundation is Ukrainian support, but all non-Ukrainian supporters are warmly welcome.

### 💡 Why this series?

Many of us are great at helping others — but struggle to care for ourselves.
We carry inner critics, perfectionism, shame, and silence.
This 10-part series offers a trauma-informed space to explore:

  • Self-compassion as a skill, not just a feeling
  • Meeting the inner critic with curiosity
  • Emotional regulation through Brainspotting and IFS
  • Mindful meditation, body-based relaxation, guided imagery
  • Tender and fierce compassion
  • Practices you can use daily — especially when things are hard

You don’t need prior experience. Just a willingness to pause… and be kind.
