**The better we understand ourselves and those around us, the more tools we have to handle life, the easier it is to survive and thrive!**

We all know life can be tough at times.

Each week the meetup will cover a different life topic to give you simple life skills that will help you deal with everyday life. For example, building successful relationships, knowing who to trust, where negative thoughts and self-doubt come from.

The meetups are every Wednesday at 7pm, are informal with free tea and coffee provided.
