Walk: East to Hengistbury

A mostly flat walk along one of Dorset’s most picturesque coastlines, taking in both piers, sandy beaches, cliffs, a chine and the iron age fort mound of Hengistbury Head. We will be returning via a Yellow bus.

9 miles of walking, with escape points at Boscombe, Southbourne to any yellow bus service route.

This is a walk led by Aaron for and on behalf of Dorset Humanists. As such there is no liability, no responsibility or insurance cover offered. You take part in the walks strictly at your own risk, and we will give you as much prior information beforehand to make the judgement if you are up to it. Escape points where you can "leave the walk" will be provided on many walks.

The walks are targeted at adults and we have no provision/supervision for children. Dogs may be possible on some walks, subject to beach restrictions (at your discretion). Photos will be taken on walks, if you are camera shy please let the walk leader know in advance.
