Details

This easy, flat, scenic walk is approximately 2 hours in duration and 5 miles in length. Our walk leader is John Hubbard. We go at a steady pace so that everyone remains together. The terrain is mostly well-maintained gravel paths but we may encounter some deep puddles which can be negotiated. Good boots or wellies recommended. Walking poles or a walking stick may be useful.

Please offer lifts/say if you need a lift in the comments below. It's a small car park so car sharing is very helpful.

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Well-behaved dogs welcome but some signs indicate that dogs need to be on a lead so as not to disturb ground-nesting birds. Participants are expected to take responsibility for their own wellbeing and safety and walks are undertaken at your own risk. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear and bring a bottle of water and sunscreen/hat in sunny weather. Dorset Humanists cannot accept any liability for accident or injury incurred on public footways and byways.
