The possibilities with software are endless! So, how do you decide where to spend your limited resources to boost your return on investment? Dan shares stories about his team's work at Stack Overflow, and how they are trying their best to measure success, and work iteratively, rather than ploughing months into something that they were SURE was going to pay off.. which didn't. His team specialises in search technologies, so there will be talk about that, but hopefully it will be relatable to all!
