Are you tired of opening classes that have hundreds or thousands of lines of code? Do you feel that you spend too much time trying to understand how something (that should be simple) in your application works? Are you frustrated with following spaghetti-like logic through your code’s core?
In this presentation, I’m going to show you a series of principles that will yield easier to maintain and easier to test code known as SOLID. Throughout this session, we’ll explore different parts of a bookstore application and how the application can grow over time with new requirements by keeping these principles in mind. By the end of the session, not only will you have a better grasp of the various principles, but you’ll be able to fix violations in your own codebase.
