Title: Willpower - The Hidden Process Behind Your Best Decisions
Synopsis: Willpower isn’t just a resource—it’s a skill and a process that can be understood, optimized, and strengthened. In this session, we’ll move beyond the clichés of grit and motivation to explore the science-backed mechanisms of willpower: how it works in the brain, the role of the anterior mid-cingulate cortex (AMCC), and how cognitive load, mindset, energy, and life satisfaction influence self-control.
