Film Discussion - Rififi

It's hard to overstate the impact of Rififi on cinema. Jules Dasin's heist film set the tone for heist films, and still holds up beautifully 70 years after it's release.

Considering how difficult it's going to be to talk about Rififi without also discussing the genre as a whole, let's plan to open it up a little, and spend a little time on crime/heist cinema as a whole.

Start time is 7:00, and we'll wrap up around 8:30. After that, people tend to hang out and talk shop until late. It's always a good time.
