What is this event about:
Come join us for a unique book swap, where you’ll choose a book not by its title, but by the emotions it may evoke.

Bring a book, wrapped so the cover is hidden, and write a few words about why you liked it or what feelings it left you with. Then, pick a new book based on someone else's description and discover an unexpected story.

It’s also a great opportunity to meet new people and connect with fellow book lovers :)

What to expect:

• Bring a book with the cover hidden—wrap it in paper or place it in a bag.
• Attach a small sticker with a description of the emotions the book evoked and its genre.
• Choose a book from the basket based on the description.
• Spend time chatting about book topics or your recent reads with other book fans :)

Location:
Grange Park, near the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO).
Meeting point: by Henry Moore’s Large Two Forms sculpture.

Duration:
2 hours (11am to 1pm)

What to bring:

• A “mystery” book (title hidden and description sticker attached)
• A blanket or mat to sit on the grass
• Coffee or tea (you can grab some from a nearby café)
• A good mood and a smile!
