If you are a confident American Mah Jongg player who wants to get get the most out of the Charleston, this is the class for you! We will go DEEP into the best practices for setting yourself up for success during the Charleston phase of the game.
The prerequisites are:
· Able to identify the tiles, suits, matching dragons, neutral tiles
· Understand the terms pair, pung, kong and quint
· Familiar with the NMJL card and how to build hands
· Understand general rules for Jokers (where you can use them and how to exchange them)
· General rules of play
We will go step by step through the decision making process during the Charleston (complete with a 3 page flow chart) and get in some games to practice what you have learned.
Class will be held onThursday September 18th from 2:00 - 4:00 at Swoozies in Buckhead.
