Club Volunteer Training Meeting- Hosts and Teachers

Greetings Decatur Mahjong and Social Club Members!

Our club is growing quickly, and to maintain our fun and inclusive environment, we are working to become more organized in how we welcome new players, collect fees, group skill levels, and manage lessons.

Many of you have expressed an interest in volunteering. As the new Volunteer Organizer, I would like to invite you to a meeting to discuss host responsibilities and dates, teaching guidelines etc.

We will meet at Cafe Lily on Sunday, March 15, at 1:00 PM.
If you would like to join us for lunch at 11:30 AM prior to the meeting, please let me know when you RSVP so I can provide an accurate headcount to Katie at the restaurant.
